You love tea. You drink it every day in the morning to wake you up, in the afternoon to give you a lift, and at night to help relax before bed. But you don’t know very much about it.
Sure, there’s black tea, green tea, herbal tea and red tea – oh, and white tea, too! But that’s pretty much the extent of your tea knowledge.
Well guess what – ours too!
‘Why on earth do you write tea reviews, then?’ I hear you ask. ‘You’re not experts.’
Indeed, we’re not. But there’s something about tea that we love. The fact you can drink it at any time of day – for any purpose – and it will make you feel better. Or the fact that sharing a pot of tea with someone makes you feel all warm and cosy inside. Or perhaps it’s just that it’s so goddamn delicious.
If you’re a fancypants tea snob, Travelling Tea Leaf probably isn’t the blog for you.
Whatever it is, we’re on a mission to learn more about this liquid we consume on a daily basis, and want to share with you what we find out as we go. It’s a learning journey of the cosiest kind.
