A cup a day will keep your early morning blues away.
Some breakfast teas can be quite strong, but this is a nice light one that will wake you up without overwhelming your senses. It’s best consumed with a splash of milk.
I often take this tea with me in a KeepCup to sip on the bus before work, and by the time I arrive I feel ready to face the day (or at least until about 9.30am when I go and get myself another cup).
